A few weeks ago I told you about me and my boyfriend going to the "Australian Pink Floyd Show". The concert was on the 9th of May. I have to say it really was an experience!! If they ever come back to Austria, go and buy tickets! -because they were absolutely awesome.
Their best song they played that night was "Welcome To The Machine". It sounded absolutely the same as the original, it was really really good. I hoped for that but I didn't really expect it because it seems so hard to cover songs and if normal song covering is hard, how hard can it be to cover a song originally played by Pink Floyd?
I was overwhelmed. Even the lightshow was very lavish. (Some say Pink Floyd had the most amzing lightshows EVER in their live shows!) My post will include a video. The lightshow moved with the music - it was SO awesome to watch the hole scenario!! The quality of the video is not really the best because I filmed it with my mobile phone. It might give you an idea about how cool the song was :)
